Management

Project management is the application of knowledge, skill, tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements, Therefore, project management is an interrelated group of process that enables the project team to achieve a successful project.

The project manager is the person responsible for accomplishing the project objectives

Identifying requirements
Establishing clear and achievable objectives.
Balancing the completing demands for quality, scope, time and cost.
Adapting the specifications, plans and approach to the different concerns and expectations of the various stakeholders

Services

Quality Control during Construction

Develop and enforce a quality control system to ensure the required standards of construction are met.

Co-ordinate Drawing Submissions

Review delivery schedules, Material lists, Shop drawings, and Samples. Oversee submission of the following Drawings, Composite shop and coordination drawings, Brochures, Material samples.

Comprehensive safety program

Maintain contractual safety requirements, and in collaboration with project personnel charged with monitoring health, safety, and environmental issues, will correct deficiencies.

Monthly Reports.

Issue for review and discussion a monthly report that will focus on, Major issues of concern and pending decisions, contract status and procurement activity progress (Variation Order listings),

Changes in the Work/Cost Control

Establish and implement procedures for reviewing, controlling, and processing change orders (for amendments and variations) that will meet the owner’s requirements.
